One of my favorite romantic comedies starring Cary Grant (Nicky) and Deborah Kerr (Terry). It is a re-make of the 1939 film Love Affair. The story was retold in the 1994 film of the same name. References to An Affair to Remember in the 1993 film Sleepless in Seattle (also in the New Year's Film Fest list) caused a renewed interest the classic film – to the tune of 2 million extra VHS sales (according to the 20th Century Fox DVD liner notes).
